Every 60-minute SPENGA session includes:

Gaby is currently pursuing her degree to become a nurse. Gaby has always had a passion for fitness, becoming an instructor has been a fantasy fulfilled. Gaby’s enthusiasm, energy and devotion makes class a dynamic and exciting experience that will have you dedicated to your fitness goals.
Father of 3 girls, embracing what Kobe said I am “Girl Dad” with a passion for fitness. Have been active all my life as a 3 sport athlete, and since have transitioned into an elite athletic trainer working with athletes ages 5 to D1 and other collegiate players. My passion for fitness comes from the joy of connecting with people, discovering their “why”, and seeing them push themselves to and beyond their own personal goals. I am fast paced, and look to spread energy and positivity into the lives of others.
With a motto of "You Can Do Hard Things," Hatch is the epitome of an 
instructor with a mission! As an active woman who works full-time, 
teaches group fitness classes, runs ultra-marathons, hikes, and so much more, Sarah Hatch brings zest and determination to everything she 
does. Certified in Schwinn Spin and Registered Yoga School (RYS)
 200 hours with Yoga. Sarah Hatch brings experience and fun to 
the SPENGA family. If you're looking for a high-energy class that 
challenges your mind and body, you're in the right place.
Sarah is an instructor who is passionate about helping you move past any perceived limitations ; while honoring your body and where you are at, right now. She believes that change comes through hard work and persistence. She is an advocate for proper form in all things movement related. Outside of SPENGA, Sarah can often be found cycling with her partner and almost toddler, both of whom she says are awesome. 
Through a combination of motivation and mindfulness, Elise brings a unique balance into her Spenga classes for an energizing and uplifting workout. An avid fitness lover and lifelong athlete, Elise has a background geared towards fitness; she ran varsity track throughout high school, weight lifted, ran cross country, rode horses competitively, and practiced yoga. Having taken time off from school, Elise decided to pursue her love of movement and became a 200 hour registered yoga teacher. She’s now pursuing continuing education in yoga for athletes and a degree in exercise science. Outside of teaching Elise spends her time running, traveling, and seeing friends. If you want someone to cheer you on and push you further at the same time, this class is for you!
Fallon has always had a passion for health and fitness that started at a young age when she played sports. She continued that passion by pursuing her Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science at UNM. When she graduated, she explored different areas of health and wellness that included working as a physical therapy tech and as an exercise specialist in cardiopulmonary rehab. She discovered her niche in fitness through yoga, indoor cycling, and strength training. Her main passion is to empower as many people as she can through health, fitness, mindfulness, and fun!
Sara has been in the ABQ area for the last 10 years. Her love of fitness started when she played soccer in high school. During college she began her journey into spin classes, and HIIT workouts. Since then, she has been certified for indoor cycling, and personal training. She loves putting in the WERK and making her clients sweatsion worth it. In her free time, she loves training for Ragnar relays, and spending time with her husband and two pups.
Born and raised in the Midwest, Ash moved to ABQ in October 2022 with one goal - to completely transform her life. Within a few short months of moving, Ash started a brand new career path in academic advising at UNM and found her crew through the SPENGA fam. Ash is a teacher at heart and brings passion, motivation, and perseverance to anything she sets out to do. She is a sassy, red-headed “spin-head” who loves to push herself to that “zone 4 mentality” in fitness and in life. Ash is enthusiastic about all things group fitness, believes in all bodies, and advocates for physical and mental wellness through building strong communities.
