Hatch Sarah

With a motto of "You Can Do Hard Things," Hatch is the epitome of an 
instructor with a mission! As an active woman who works full-time, 
teaches group fitness classes, runs ultra-marathons, hikes, and so much more, Sarah Hatch brings zest and determination to everything she 
does. Certified in Schwinn Spin and Registered Yoga School (RYS)
 200 hours with Yoga. Sarah Hatch brings experience and fun to 
the SPENGA family. If you're looking for a high-energy class that 
challenges your mind and body, you're in the right place.

Jey Bernal

Jey loves being active and her passion for helping others achieve their goals is the perfect fit in the SPENGA family. Growing up she was a competitive softball player and cheerleader. She eventually went on to compete with the championship-winning, All-Girl Spirit squad at the University of New Mexico. As a fitness instructor, she has taught many disciplines including dance, Bootcamp, HIIT and yoga classes. 
In Jey's classes, you'll experience upbeat music, unrelenting encouragement and definitely a few laughs along the way! When not at the studio, Jey loves exploring New Mexico, playing with her pup FitzRoy and running her other businesses. 

Mario Diaz

Mario is a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico. He grew up playing competitive chess and enjoyed off-road biking. Mario is a leader by nature, with a passion for success through fitness. Over the last 4 years, Mario's passion has led him to fitness instructing. Mario is well-versed in various training applications such as, group training, HIIT, OPT and calisthenics. Mario has 3 sons and in his free time, Mario enjoys snowboarding, rafting and hiking.  

Audrey Hendren

Audrey has been in the fitness industry for 5 years. As a mother of 1, she is an advocate for finding time for self-care. She always finds balance between work and family to add fitness into her daily lifestyle. As a passionate fitness instructor, her role is to motivate clients and make training a fun and rewarding experience. She always brings the energy and will make you fall in love with fitness. She truly believes in a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Fitness is here to be enjoyed and the options are endless. Outside of being an instructor, Audrey spends time with her daughter, family and loves traveling. 

Kelly Casaus

While growing up, fitness had a huge impact on Kelly's life. She was involved in competitive club soccer throughout high school. She has a passion for encouraging others to never give up on their goals. Kelly's encouraging nature and spunk is a great addition to the SPENGA fam! When she's not in the studio kicking butt, Kelly, has her nose in textbooks studying for her Nursing courses at CNM. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family, hiking, fishing, and trying new things!

Rhea Florez

Rhea is currently working towards her bachelor's for athletic training at UNM and minoring in special education. She has a passion with working with athletes and motivating others to achieve their fitness goals. Rhea has been passionate about fitness from early on in life; she loved playing sports, like softball, and being active outside. When she isn't teaching a killer SPENGA session, you might find her snowboarding or spending time with beloved family and friends! 

Sara G. Garcia

Sara has been in the ABQ area for the last 10 years. Her love of fitness started when she played soccer in high school. During college she began her journey into spin classes, and HIIT workouts. Since then, she has been certified for indoor cycling, and personal training. She loves putting in the WERK and making her clients sweatsion worth it. In her free time, she loves training for Ragnar relays, and spending time with her husband and two pups.
