Elise

Through a combination of motivation and mindfulness, Elise brings a unique balance into her Spenga classes for an energizing and uplifting workout. An avid fitness lover and lifelong athlete, Elise has a background geared towards fitness; she ran varsity track throughout high school, weight lifted, ran cross country, rode horses competitively, and practiced yoga. Having taken time off from school, Elise decided to pursue her love of movement and became a 200 hour registered yoga teacher. She’s now pursuing continuing education in yoga for athletes and a degree in exercise science. Outside of teaching Elise spends her time running, traveling, and seeing friends. If you want someone to cheer you on and push you further at the same time, this class is for you!
