Tamra brings the energy! With a background in personal training, group fitness, yoga, and Pilates, she blends science-backed training with a love of music to create fun, effective, and feel-good workouts. Her classes are designed to help you move better, get stronger, and leave every session feeling like a rockstar.She’s taken over 50 courses focused on aging well, brain health, strength training, and smart nutrition—so whether you're new to SPENGA or a regular in the saddle, you’re in expert hands. Expect big beats, good vibes, and a workout that works for your body and mind.
Estrella is a native New Mexican. She's been dancing since she was 2, with a special passion for Flamenco. She has dedicated her life to all things dance, yoga, fitness, and art related. She has her 200hr yoga certification. She is also Buti yoga and Reiki level 1 certified. She has competed in NPC bodybuilding in 2016, placing in the figure division. Estrella regularly teaches dance, yoga, and is so excited to bring her love for movement to Spenga!
Born and raised in the Midwest, Ash moved to ABQ in October 2022 with one goal - to completely transform her life. Within a few short months of moving, Ash started a brand new career path in academic advising at UNM and found her crew through the SPENGA fam. Ash is a teacher at heart and brings passion, motivation, and perseverance to anything she sets out to do. She is a sassy, red-headed “spin-head” who loves to push herself to that “zone 4 mentality” in fitness and in life. Ash is enthusiastic about all things group fitness, believes in all bodies, and advocates for physical and mental wellness through building strong communities.
Fallon has always had a passion for health and fitness that started at a young age when she played sports. She continued that passion by pursuing her Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science at UNM. When she graduated, she explored different areas of health and wellness that included working as a physical therapy tech and as an exercise specialist in cardiopulmonary rehab. She discovered her niche in fitness through yoga, indoor cycling, and strength training. Her main passion is to empower as many people as she can through health, fitness, mindfulness, and fun!
