She believes that change comes through hard work and persistence. She is an advocate for proper form in all things movement related. Outside of SPENGA, Sarah can often be found cycling with her partner and almost toddler, both of whom she says are awesome.

SPENGA's signature 1-hour session that combines 20 minutes of heart-pumping Spin, 20 minutes of circuit-style Strength training and 20 minutes of revitalizing Yoga, to deliver the Best. Workout. Ever!

45-minute circuit-style STRENGTH only session. A great supplement to our signature SPENGA session.

REVIVE
Improve alignment, posture, and joint stability through static, flowing, and repetitive Yoga poses. End this session with deep flexibility movements and a relaxing recovery. A great supplement to our signature SPENGA session. 45 or 60 minutes (refer to the schedule as each session may be different).
